On the TerrariumSE, the pots are labeled GPIO 16, GPIO 17, GPIO 18. When I followed the traces and looked at the Daisy Seed docs, I saw ADC0, ADC1, ADC2 Where do the ref labels on the pcb come from?

The only difference between the Raincoat and the Acid Rain is the tonestack. So if your Raincoat is quiet or doesn’t have much distortion, there’s an issue with it. It definitely gets loud with plenty of distortion.

That paint job and knob choice look great.

I’ll 2nd @xconverge - I’ve built at least 5 pedals with that Tentacle circuit in it, and matched 1N5817s have been my favorite so far.

Is R32 the correct value? Hard to tell at this scale- but kind of looks like 6.8k instead of 68k.

Yep- here is how it is oriented on mine:

I’m a big fan of mapping an expression pedal as a macro control. Set expression to heel, adjust patch parameters. Move to toe position, then adjust parameters again. Moving the pedal should transition between these two states.

Basically. But instead of component leads, I use header pins. The reason I built it this way is because my matched set came pre-soldered onto the adapter boards.

Oh wow, I never noticed that I installed it upside down, even though there is a footswitch-sized white component outline printed on it! The fact that I did this on two c2ce builds tells me it works both ways. I did a visual inspection of the traces and as far as I can tell it will work both...

I wouldn’t on either mode. If I had to do one, it would be the low-gain mode. If I roll off any highs in high gain mode, then I can’t justify painting a chainsaw on the enclosure.

Excellent. I love seeing builds with the controls on the lid. Did you get a gut shot before you handed it over?
