My order occurs to never arrived

Hello everyone
I have an order on the way, completed and sent. The tracking number shows it in Atlanta airport since July 2nd, but never arrived here in Paris.
I sent to message to PedalPCB but got any answer.
Is iti normal?
Is it someone still working here?

I suspect the French Customs (Douane) as culprit. My experiences are that it takes longer thru the Customs than the transportation from the US to Europe.

I replied to your emails but will send a message here as well just in case they're getting caught in a spam filter.

This is fairly normal, First Class Mail can take 4 - 6 weeks and in some cases tracking stops updating once the shipment leaves the USA.

My order has been sitting at JFK airport since July 22 and it’s only coming to Canada. So I feel you on these long waits thanks to USPS.

To Canada, it's usually 20-25 days before getting delivered. I really think custom clearance is where it gets delayed... no other reason I could see.
