PCB Identification

Hey guys I was just rummaging through some backlogged projects and ran across a board that I can’t identify. It’s a Pedalpcb board that utilizes 1/8 watt resistors. The number on the backside is PCB040. Any help here would be great. I tried entering the number in the search window on the main site and the Wrecktifier came up but this one here looks quite a bit different. Different op-amps, caps, etc

Brian Wampler typically uses 4580s, but any dual opamp works. TL072s are a little more readily available. But that’s my guess, makes the most sense, there’s no audible difference.
