I need an Octave up delay pedal

Does one exist or can one exist? I don't know if it would be an FV-1 project, but it most likely would be. The only thing I've found so far is the SolidGold FX EMIII, are there any others?

The Daydream delay kind of does that. Check out some YouTube examples to make sure it fits your desire. I really enjoy it. It is a great pedal.

I realize that this isn't exactly the same thing, but I put an insert on my last delay, right before the delay gets mixed back in, so I can put whatever I want on the delay line. It obviously takes up more real estate/power/etc, but it will get real freaky.
