Deflector won't Deflect......

Fully stumped. I've metered every component. reflowed any suspect joint. Mine's doing the thing where the bypassed signal and effected signal are exactly the same. Knobs make no change in any direction.

I've changed the two IC's i had (the 16 pin guy and the standard tl072) I ordrered another eeprom ic but don't have a BIN file or a way to load anything on it......

Damndest thing. All solder joints are solid. It usually jumps out on my first careful review but im stumped. I guess I could request another EEPROM ic (or buy one) but that's the last chip i can switch out. FV-1 was presoldered.

Does anyone have voltages for the L78L33?

going through the search i see this has happened to someone else and it was a misvalued cap. I believe i have that ruled out.

The variable voltage pins drop voltage down

This was super useful. Thank you. I know that was a pain in the ass. When i get a break today I'll take mine down and post my numbers. Switch is good btw.

Thanks y'all.

Dumb question, but do you have dust caps on the pots behind the board or some other way of insulating them? You could have a short to ground in the effected sound path.
