Octave effect not working. Pedal works otherwise! Octa Mayer Fuzz! Help!

Check the continuity to and from the 22µ caps (C7-8) and that each diode is connected to C9 (10n). The phase splitter Q3 needs those caps to remove the dc offset from the antiphase signals so that they can cancel each other out to create the octave up - and if only one diode is connected those antiphase signals will never meet (which throwing one onto a toggle is a common on/off mod for the octave here)

Double checked voltages… looks like everything is passing through… anywhere from 7 volts down to 1 volt…
