SOLVED Pitch Witch no LFO

I've tried everything I can think of (as a noob) on this one and cannot get the LFO modulation.. both LEDs light up, the delay and it's pots all work and effect the signal. The internal LED is just solid on. The Depth pot adjusts the brightness of it, but the Wave and Speed have no effect. I have dust caps under all of the pots (including the Blend dual pot). The LM386 is burning hot to the touch.

i'm new to troubleshooting with a multimeter, if anyone could advise on what I should be looking for, that would be greatly appreciated! I can check again but these are the voltages I was seeing from the ICs:

Hey. Your voltages look off, especially the 4558.

Check your resistors around here especially r10 and r11.

In fact it looks like you have a 100k resistor in r11 (brown, black, black, ORANGE, brown) instead of a 10k (brown, black, black, RED, brown).

You should be getting 4.5v on pins 3 and 6.

More often than not the solution is checking you have used all the right parts.
