Yep, part of it. I have no logical explanation as to why half of it was gooped (okay, sure I do, but anyway)...

There is apparently some controversy surrounding the original source of the Girth/Grind controls, I suppose that's why they were gooped.

Turns out it's not exactly a TC pre, but I'd assume it's accomplishing a similar task in front of the rest of the circuit.

listened/watched this podcast with Kyle Rasmussen (Vitriol) recently, and at the 1h15m mark they go over his board.
probably one of the most hectic boards i've ever seen for an extreme metal artist:
- runs stereo to two separate amps.
- x1 side features the fortin natas.
- the other side features a friedman IR-X

don't normally get aroused by pedal boards, but this was a pretty nifty setup
