Yes, that's definitely the octave circuit that isn't populated.

I didn't trace it but I suppose I could... we won't know the values though, so I'd still have to get my hands on a Hammertone to measure them.

I'd have to remove a bunch of SMD components to measure. (might as well go ahead and measure everything, just in case they swapped some values)

I'll just grab one off Reverb for not much more than the cost to ship it back and forth.
