(Not Another) DPDT On/On/On Thread (Tayda Clarification)

I need one lousy DPDT On/On/On Type 2 toggle, and although I could have been smart and realized that before ordering boards from PedalPCB (which has Type 2), I do still need to order from Tayda.

Reading through a couple threads here, it seems like there's been some instances where Tayda kinda flip-flops Type 1 and Type 2 so I thought I'd check - are these two definitely Type 2? The data sheet seems to indicate that, but I figure some of you have used them and know for sure...

I can't confirm this, but I want to say that the Dailywell / E-Switch brand is Type 2.

I don't believe the cheaper MTS brand is.

Those are definitely both type 2. I think Tayda only has one Type 1 available right now. It shows blue in the picture but they’re a maroon color and they’re not as good quality as the Dailywell. Had to use two for my PcbMania “Shoeman” PLL clone.

Ahhhh - there it is. No wonder people were miffed! Mystery solved.

Yep- the confusion I saw in earlier threads must have been due to Tayda’s mislabeling of the MTS ones.
