Halp! How Do I Wire Up This 3PDT Board?

I only see one ground connection on The board. Anyway if you’re using a battery, just use - as 9v and + as ground. The number of ground connections doesn't matter, it all goes to the same place. Obviously the LED must still be wired with the anode going to positive and the cathode to negative...

    Telescapades 2024 - The "SparePartsCaster"

It's like Teles were born to have Firebird pickups, which are so sexy. I would put them in my Jazzmaster if it wasn't routed for the huge stock pickups. Filtertrons are my second choice.

Which soldering iron do you like?

I still have it but I haven't been building anything for a long time. For wiring up guitars it sucks cause it can't heat up the back of pots. It's not wireless though. It needs to be connected to a USB charger

IME the most common on-on-on type is by far configuration (type) 2. I know I had to search quite a but to find type 1 for my Karaoke Chorus.

TUTORIAL Which Switch is Which? - Switches Explained

The 3n3 connects to the middle lugs, the other two caps are connected to the outer lugs. BTW I think I used 6n8 and 12n, not the values above. IIRC I was trying to get 3n3, 10n and 15n. I only use the larger cap. I hate mid-scooped fuzzes. If I was building a FTM now I would just use a 15n...

Re: Mister Fuzz Voltage Inverter Bypass

I just noticed the same thing. I guess if you use NPN transistors you can bypass the IC on the back, while still using the voltage regulator

In the context of Fuzz Factory, how much leak is too much for the AC128? Values inside…

In my very limited experience, high leakage in Q2 makes it bias at 7-8V instead of the usual 4.5V, which means it will have more treble while maintaining the fuzz tone - biasing a Fuzz Face that high makes it sound more like distortion. It's TB MK1.5 vs FF. In an MKII I want leakage so it...
