    Preferred Electrovibe LDR position

My lightbulb was not lighting. i put a new one in and it works now. Not sure why the first one failed.

    My ElectroVibe

    Oh!

    Preferred Electrovibe LDR position

There's no polarity to this light bulb, right? Doesn't matter which way you put it in? I think mine is burnt out.

    My ElectroVibe

Oh man, why hasn't someone started manufacturing Dual Gang pot covers like that for mass consumption. They look great!

    Preferred Electrovibe LDR position

Wait...the LDRs are supposed to be flush with the PCB? I have mine sticking up and bent 90 degrees so they face directly into the bulb. Is that why I'm getting signal when engaged but no noticeable effect?

    Document Suggestion

Very true. I brought up the Rainbow Machine because it was one of the first PCBs I bought here when I started, and yes, I DID get the LEDs to light up (if you know what I mean). I ended up taking a second crack at it a couple years later and did much better. I also agree with you about checking...

    Document Suggestion

I don't even think of JHS as a pedal company anymore. I consider them an incredibly well curated history museum that releases an amusing video once a week. It's true, there are a lot of variants of the old standbys here, but those are great for people to cut their teeth on. What keeps me...

    Document Suggestion

In my opinion, Pedal PCB makes the best PCBs by far, and I have built more pedals starting here than anywhere else, so thank you for that. However, when I buy something from Aion or Mad Bean I know that literally everything will be covered in the doc. I'm not asking Pedal PCB to go as crazy as...

    Document Suggestion

It would be cool if the documentation for PCBs here that have trimpots would make note of what they are for and what to look/listen for when adjusting.

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

    Thank you :)

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

Can we please get a doc for the full-sized ElectroVibe? After spending $30 on a PCB and a faceplate I hate to go blindly into the build with no schematic or part list or any explanation of how to set the trim pots. I might be able to figure it out, but I don't want to spend $30 to prove myself...

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

Full Build Doc for the Full-Sized ElectroVibe anytime soon? Is there a schematic? What is the bias trim for and what should it be set to?

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

Can you tell me what this part is for?

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

I was actually hoping for a build doc for the full-sized version, not the mini. Just don't want to put the time into it without at least a schematic and parts list. For example, looking at the PCB isn't telling me which LDRs to use or what to put in there for a light. Also, no drill template.

    Missing Build Docs / Schematics

I am looking forward to building the regular size Electrovibe, but I hesitate to spend $20 on a PCB unless there's a build doc, or even a parts list. They may be buried in another thread somewhere, but I can't find anything. 🤷‍♂️

    Requests from an EQD fanboy

    No LEDR in Gravitation?

Cool. Easy enough! I was afraid I was going to have to piggyback a resistor over an existing or do some crazy algebra to figure out what value to put between the led terminal and the switch. Out of the possible mistakes, this is much preferable.
