    Thank Bio77. Voltages all seem to come up normal. I reflowed some questionable solder points, and noticed that the trim pot was starting to come apart. I replaced the trim pot and it started doing its thing! Sounds great. Thanks for your help!

    My DMM does not have a frequency function. I think I’ll pick one up this week. I did reflow the transistors. I will measure them later, thank you so much for the tips!

    You’re right, it is orange orange red. But when put on a meter they read 330K. I think they are NOS resistors but I tested a few of the other others with the same color scheme and they come out as 330K.
