So do you wire everything Iike it is in the pic, or do you still need grounds coming off the jacks onto the board.

You definitely need to ground the jacks!

Digging up an old thread here, but have a similar question. in this situation (with 3pdt order switch), would the power connections and jack grounds look like this?:
