3PDT Breakout Board - do i still need jumpers?

Hey All, question about these breakout boards, I've searched all over and can't find an answer anywhere. If the build doc has jumpers linking two or more of the solder lugs on my 3pdt footswitch, are those already accounted for in these boards? Or do I need to solder them across the top of the lugs after attaching the board? Thanks!

Hard to say for sure without seeing the build docs in question but if it shows this, that's the wiring of the 3pdt breakout board

They'll be accounted for if you mean do you need to put a jumper between lugs 3 and 9, 1 and 6 etc there will be a traces on the pcb

If you continuity check the pcb bottom left (3) and bottom right (9) pads you'll find they connect, top left (1) and bottom middle (6) should also connect afaik they ground the input in bypass you can also see pics of them used in build reports
