I just gently pull the PCB/LED and they pop right out.
As for removing the lens from the enclosure, I have a Torx screwdriver that is about the same size as the internal diameter of the lens. I just put it in the lens and give it a whack and the lens pops right out.
I don't think I've ever broken one, maybe I've just been lucky.

If you’re worried just stuff a bit of paper towel in it before you give it a whack. It’s the same method I use if my knobs sit too close to the enclosure...jam some paper towel in it!

The dollar store has lots of toilet paper that is rather unsuitable for a human butt.

Anyone beside me find it laughable that LED lenses cost more than LEDs?Anyone using these? Well some of you must be because they're sold out.
I've used them on the last 10 or so builds and am looking for a way to disconnect the PCB+LED without breaking the plastic tabs. Does anyone have any tips?
