Accutronics Reverb 2H vs 3H

Hello, I can't seem to find any information on this but what is the difference between these two chips? Can I swap out the 2H for the 3H in the Spirit Box and would that even be a good idea?

3H has 10 pins, 2H has 6. The 4 extra pins allow for direct control of the decay on the belton brick. So you can’t just swap it out. The 2H comes is short, medium, and long decay, the 3H gives you everything with the decay control.

I’ve built reverbs with both, and I think the 3H had a bit smoother tone.
