Hi everybody,
I just finished the ODR-1 from Aion FX yesterday. It sounds awesome, but every time I engaged & disengaged the pedal, it pops loudly.
My signal chain is: guitar > ODR-1 > Amp. So, I assumed the ODR-1 caused the poping sound.
Here is few things I have checked before I posted this thread:
1. Using DMM measured IN/Output jack there is no DC voltage when power off.
2. I temporarily short the LED and after testing the poping still there.
3. Checked the continuity of output cap(C21) & pull-down resistor(R26) goes to OUT pad of the main board.
4. Changed the 3PDT switch twice and still not fixed it. As you can see, the daughter board is quite horrible after that.
5. Checked the color band of resistors and value of Caps all seems correct compare with the build doc.
If there is anything I missed, please let me know!
Thanks a lot!
