Hi all! Not posted in a while so thought I would share this one...
It's a BB Preamp, I recently bought a Diezel VH-2 amp and wanted something to hit the front end with. Seen lots of rave reviews and great demos of this pedal so thought I would try it on for size. It only took me a few minutes and I was able to dial in a really satisfying boost, the VH-2 is no slouch when it comes to gain and EQ and you could be forgiven for thinking you don't need anything more and it does sound amazing but this just added a little bit of extra awesomeness! It’s delivered something that previous OD builds (OCD, Timmy, Klon to name a few) haven’t managed for me with higher gain amps, well chuffed!
Etched with NaOH/Caustic, followed by etching primer, burgs paint and a dash of gold sparkles before the clear coat.
