Best "brown sound" distortion pedal at pedalpcb?

I have a friend who wants me to make him a distortion pedal. First he just wanted a revv pedal. Now he said he is actually really looking for that "brown sound" in a pedal.
Any opinions on which distortion circuit is the closest?
I'm Leaning towards the brown betty.
