SOLVED Big Muff - circuit working, no audio

I get no bypassed or effect audio. LED powers on and I get voltages at each transistor.

Everywhere I touch on the input/output jacks is connected to ground. Is there a way to determine if my jacks are somehow shorting to ground? I plan on taking it out of the box and testing it but maybe someone sees something before I do. I have dust covers on the pots.

I will report back later with pics of the bottom if I can't get her working. Thanks

Do a continuity check between the jack tip and enclosure, sleeve, etc.

Definitely show us the soldered side.

I’ve learned after a few overzealous and expeditious pedal assemblies that it’s almost universally better to take your time. I typically prep all wires, jacks, and switches in one session, solder in caps in another, resistors in another, and transistors and final assembly in a final session before testing.

It takes longer and the anticipation kills me but I’m rewarded by never having to troubleshoot.

if you look in the top right of the picture, the tip of the output jack was touching the enclosure, it works now

I socketed many things and threw sorta random values in, it kinda sounds like **** right now lmao

...sure

I'm actually finding I have to crank the volume pot to get it to unity volume. Granted I did use an audio pot. I socketed Q1 and some diodes I can mess with to try and get more volume
