Complex Drive - Led question?

Just finished the build, sounds great but i just want to check if all four 3mm leds (d1, d2, d3 ,d4) light up when playing?

Ive attached a picture, the 3mm leds in the green circle light up when playing, but the 3mm leds in the red circle dont light up. I've tried the switch in both positions. Is this working correctly?

I have not built this pedal yet, but I know it's common for clipping LED's to not light up depending on the circuit. Per the schematic, it appears two of them are soft-clipping while the other two are hard-clipping... this might be why only two of yours are lighting up.

Now youve said that i remember that i've built another pedal that reacted the same way, i think it is as you say. Hard/soft clipping.
