cv7351 Equivalent?...

I’ve had the Sorcerer Fuzz pcb sitting around for a few months. Finally decided to throw it together, and cannot find much at all on an equivalent for cv7351. Any ideas?...

Any higher gain NPN germanium will work fine in there. I use russians in mine.

2N1306 & 2N1308 are good choices. You want low leakage because leakage makes noise.

How about a 2N1304?

That might work too. 2N1304, 06 & 08 are all fabb'ed by the same process and sorted by HFE. 2N1304 is the lowest HFE bucket, 2N1308 is the highest.

Alright. I’ll keep digging. Small Bear has the 1304’s, so I’ll save them as plan B...
