Have a few questions. First, can anyone date this thing? I tried to take good photos! Second, any good mods? I know Chuck knows some, and I would be grateful if he elaborated. Third, how to get rid of that annoying squeak? That's all the questions I got. Sorry the photos won't pop up normally. If anyone has formatting advice, I will redo them.

I can’t help with the dating. But I actually have one of these showing up today. I’m going to start with a true bypass and an LED. I’ve also seen something called a vocal mod that I might try. Worst case Ontario I’ll steal the inductor and shell and build the pedalpcb tweakable wah :)

t's just a standard Dunlop Wah, maybe 90's
I would upgrade it with the PedalPCB ShamWah or Tearjerker Wah!

Now I just need to know how to stop that darn squeaking... lol.
If you look between the treadle & enclosure from the end facing you, the shaft that holds the treadle has a strap over the middle that holds tension, it's probably that or the 2 posts from the enclosure that the shaft passes through.
Just give it a little spray with WD40 with the tube attached & direct it to the 2 Posts.
If it still squeaks, spray a little on the strap where it contacts the shaft.
