Eq raw/bypass switch

Hi Gang,

Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to the following -

Fender bypass mod.

Just wondering if I can do the same thing with this circuit -



I don’t own the amp but a tube pedal (HJT valve crystal) cloning the preamp. Seeing as my main amp is a Vox ac15, it kinda defeats the purpose.

I would much rather bypass the eq and just have a good clean valve boost.

The thing I’m confused about is wether I also have to put on the switch the bass pot 1.5k resister on the second circuit ( or anything else) to take the whole eq section out.
