First Build - Awful Waffle

My first ever build that wasn’t from a kit! I’m pretty happy with the results, but I wish it had a bit more top end. Possibly because I substituted a B25k pot for the B22k?

I was pretty bummed when I first powered it on and got no output, but then I noticed that I had missed soldering one leg of a resistor. Fixed that, and it works like a charm! A really fun build, and not too many components. I’d recommend it to other first timers in a heartbeat.

You can try lifting one leg of the C4 - 470pF and if that works but is too bright, try 220pf or lower.
The 25k pot is not an issue!
