General Tso Volume Problem

Hey there,

This is my first DIY-Pedal so far and I found some errors by reading other threads,
but now it is time to ask some rookie-questions

First of all, all LED´s and caps are in correct polarity, LED`s on the LDR light up when
i play (but indeed, very week). Treble-Pot is doing its job, Sustain seems to only
boost the signal way beyond unity gain, and balance and the switch don´t do
nothing at all.

Any advice what it could be?

If you have read other threads you should be able to guess the first responses to the questions you are asking: post pictures and double check your part values.

Are you testing it in darkness? One of the switch modes is a blend and the other is a traditional volume, you’ve tested that thoroughly?

I resoldered all weak looking joints, and now the switch works as he should . Sure I want to make photos,
but I get my phone back by tommorow and i have no other options atm.
While measuring all parts again, i found out that my Sustain-pot
(B100k) is only showing about 11,6k. I have tested it in darkness and all functions seem to run properly.
But the LED's only light up when i hit chords really hard, does that have to do with the pot?
It also could be that they have to light up that weak, like mentioned by Chuck D. Bones.
