Are you trying to permanently bypass it or add a switch to disengage it?
2 ways to bypass it:
1) You'd jumper the tone control between pads 1 and 2 with a 5k resistor, and jumper between 2 and 3 with a 0k resistor (wire). You'd keep all the components, and this would be equivalent to having the tone control fully up all the time.
2) Jumper across 1 and 3 and leave out C8 and R10. This may sound different than option 1 though. The tone is completely bypassed rather than fixed in max position... might add more gain, more treble, or something, wouldn't know for sure.
