I know these pedals can be had pretty cheap now days, but would love to have one in a better enclosure.... In the style of something limp bizkit here's the schematic I found. Just how doable would it be?!

While I agree it would be more fun to build one, I would say that if a PCB isn't forthcoming you could pick up a used CF7 and rehouse it.

Getting reliable M50198Ps could be an issue for diy. For all the trouble (circuitry) required to make the M50198P work to ultimately just have a digital delay and oscillator, not sure it would move too many units.
