So I finished up and tested the build! The drive knob does seemingly almost nothing. Both the volume and cut worked fine. Wondering if I'm missing something. I checked all my joints to make sure. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yup. R8 should be 470R (yellow, violet, black, black) not 470K - (yellow, violet, black, orange). R15 and R17 should be 470R, as well. At least, you're consistent. I'm too lazy to check my parts with a meter but I learned all the resistor color codes about 35 years ago and always check those before I solder.
