JBF vs non-JBF Capacitors

Yup, that's it. Just a brand name.

Supposedly it's their "higher quality" pick. I believe it's actually "JB Capacitor".

Can't say I know much about em.

Check the data sheets/specs but I think those are both pretty big for PCB builds, unless you have space for mojo.
Edit: just looked at the screen shot again 10mm lead spacing, so assume big caps

Yup, good point there.

5mm lead spacing is pretty typical for most of the film and ceramic caps in pedal builds.

Electrolytics tend to be around 2.5, 5mm if you have a particularly large capacitance value or voltage rating.

That's just rule of thumb though. Calipers help.
