That stinks about the bad pot. Did you use it for guitar or bass only?I will say that i got one, the cabsim is probably the most accurate ampeg overdrive sound i have heard. The compressor is also great. Sadly i sent it back because it had a bad drive pot and that pissed me off on a $500 dollar pedal. But i second and third this, its amazing.

I also love flats. Mostly because i hate buying bass strings.As per usual, I'd build one just to confirm my assumed underwhelm. I'm also such a flats guy, I even put them on my tele. That's my real interest here. Only in an 1590xx tho...
