Kliche troubleshooting, no sound

I'm fairly new at this, only have a few wah mods and some fuzzes under my belt. I'm not sure what the issue is here, but there seems to be no sound. When testing in my basement moving the volume pot seemed to cause a little noise, but in my practice amp it doesn't even register that. I'd really appreciate any and all help or ideas

i think you have the 1044 and tl072 swapped

I switched them around and now i get signal, but when the pedal is engaged the volume is quite low! Is there a chance I could have fried one of the misplaced IC's?

definitely possible. one is to change the voltage polarity and the other is a dual opamp. If you have spares I would throw them in there and report back
