Leprechaun Regen and intelligent relay board

I could use some guidance on connecting the intelligent relay bypass correctly for the regeneration footswitch on the leprechaun. I understand how the regen switch works with the regular 3pdt but not sure how to make it happen with the IRB. I need two switched poles, but what do? I want to end up with the IRB in "standard mode"

Do you already have the intelligent relay bypass module?

Connect these pads to the corresponding pads of the IRB module.

J_OUT is the far right output pad that normally goes to the jack.

How would you do this for the octave switch for the Parentheses pedal?
