Any easy to build, easy to use looper pedal would be nice if possible.

So this is similar to Ditto looper?

Yeah I'm more in experimental stuff than tone shaping.

So having my signal split into many with different effects and delays is why the Spluffer taunts me. But I would prefer a PedalPCB version of it because "it just works when it's made by PedalPCB"™.

An easy-to-build looper would likely be useless as building a looper is not a trivial thing. Buy a used Ditto, it will cost way less and have more features than a DIY looper.

There are many $30 Dittos with broken switches on Ebay take the leap.
