Maestro FZ-1...

I’m looking to build a Maestro FZ-1. No PCB here, so what are my options? A bit of digging turned up nothing. The Catalinbread Merkin Fuzz comes close, but that is based on a Fuzz-Rite, one of which I just finished a few weeks ago.

Is there anything out there, pcb-wise, for an FZ-1?...

I put this together this morning...

How does it sound?...
Noisy on the BB, but more fuzzy than fizzy! Fun build. I'll find something cool to stuff it in.

Looks like a 14X6 board.

Edit: After a closer look at the transistor gains...they were a bit different than what I thought...bought...but not out of the ballpark, so I made a command decision to replace 3 of the resistors with trimmers to compensate for the difference, as well as any future drift.

btw, coda...bet you didn't expect an answer like this 🤪

May as well finish it here...I'll work in the trimmers tomorrow and get it welded to the strip board.
