Magnetron Delay: just one repeat

hi there,
first, i’m new here, fairly new to building pedals and also my english sucks (i’m from europe), so thanks for trying to understand my problem
i built the magnetron and have a problem with the repeats:
everything seem to work, the sound is good, no buzz… BUT the „feedback“ poti doesn’t have any impact on the repeats. if the „feedback“ is full on i just get one delay repeat. dialed down i get no repeats.
how do i solve this and where do i look for the error?

Do you have the correct resistor values from Pin 16 of the 2399 to the wiper of the feedback pot? Where did you get your PT2399?
