Minnow Build- Only Sample Hold Works, Envelope Does Not

Greetings,

I finished building the Maestro FSH-1 clone, the Minnow. Only half of it works. The envelope filter side only sounds a bit like it has a low pass filter on it, the knobs don't adjust anything. The sample hold sounds incredible and works like a charm.

I'm double checking component placement but is it possible the ON/ON toggle is broken?

If you have a DMM with continuity function, test the switch, and then test again at the connections to the board. Concerned ab that middle lug, looks a little cold solder wise.
