Mod Question Golden Falk

Hi, I made the Golden Falk. First compliments on the bias"islands". Those spots on the pcb makes it real easy to set those Jfets. I use the golden falk on the normal channel on my AC30, I mix a little treble channel sometimes. My question, If I want to temper the lowend of the pedal what are my options? I am a mod-newbee.

Try a different setting on the pedal. Set the Normal pot to zero and the Treble pot to your prefered volume. Then the Normal pot adds the bass.

Agree with @hamerfan, the two gain pots are highly interactive, if you treat it like a 4 hole Marshall with Gain 1 and Gain 2 you'll get the idea. It took me a bit to figure this out but you can dial a lot of that low end out.

Then maybe it is not the pedal for me. I know how it works. I use gain 1 (treble) and a little of gain 2 (normal), and then to the normal channel of my vox. Gain 2 gives too much low end and I guess a bit to much hair on the treble site. I want more mids I guess.

Try a Tubescreamer in front of it. It should rob some lows and emphasis the mids at around 700 Hz.
