Had a friend who wanted me to build the malachite for him. He loves the revv pedals he owns. He then told me he bought a used revv G2 and didn't really like it, even though he loves the G3 and the G4.
So he asked me what mods I could do.
I modified it to get some op-amp clipping on the last one in the circuit and increased the resistance on the feedback loop of the op-amp right before the hard clipping leds.
The result is a pedal with a great AC/DC sound that get pretty dirty as well.
