MXR Phase 90 - dry/wet question

Hello friends!
I built a Phase 90 with matched 2N5485 and it sounds excellent.

However, something is bothering me: it's as if there's a much higher proportion of the direct guitar sound and a lower proportion of the Phaser effect.

I've already checked the PCB and each component, everything is correct.

Is there any modification I can try to solve this?

Thank you for any ideas!

I will replace R16 with a socket and test with other resistor values (maybe a potentiometer).

Clarification

Before you replace R16, you better check that you and Aleph are on the same schematic-page; neither of you mention whose version of the circuit you're referring to.

I'm guessing it's a PedalPCB board? R16 & R19 each 150k, so I'm betting this is the version Aleph refers to.

Aion? R17 & R18 150k — R16 is 22k and does something other than setting wet or dry...
Madbean? R3 & R20 150k.
BYOC?
GGG?
Fuzzdog?
5 Cats?
... so many others.

You could make it a mod, an adjustable-on-the-fly external knob. Run 50k for each resistor's value (Wet/Dry) to the outer legs of a 100k pot, maybe a 200k? Or maybe 100k for each resistor and a 100k pot ... you most likely wouldn't want to go fully wet or fully dry or you'll lose the phasing effect entirely.

At any rate, looking forward to your findings.

Yep! That's the one! Also, good catch.
