New Proco RAT schematic

Bought a used RAT to mod and I see that R1 is toast. can't read the colors and its testing as 47ohm which I don't think is right.

I found schematics that say it's 1M and another that says 100k....anyone know what the current Chinese made RAT R1 calls for? TIA

idk about the difference between old and new, but R1 usually refers to the input / pull-down resistor.
much more likely to be 1M than 100K.

chuck in a 1M and see what happens.

Resistors don't usually decrease in value.

Can you post some pics of the PCB?

Doesn’t the stock RAT have a low value series resistor at the power input?
