new to me module8 worked perfectly for 4 days

Built the Module8 worked perfectly first try. There it sat on my board 4 days enjoying the hell out of it ...
Fast forward
Got home today plugged in and no effects I get a kind of very slight phase on all programs and the pots don't do anything
I get by-pass signal just fine. Anybody come across anything like that happening to their build? Anybody know what could cause this? I rarely if ever turn power off to my pedals but I really can't see that affecting anything in that way
This blows cause it's a really cool pedal (but I'm biased I think every one I build is a cool pedal} Would love to get it up and running again

Measure voltages to the op amp, FV1 and EEPROM

Could be a cold solder joint that came loose. I agree with PJS, check your voltages, check all your solder joints. Share some pictures here so we can help
