SOLVED No output from Duo-phase, Phaser B

Using an audio probe, I traced the signal loss to resistor 29b (560 ohm) the phased signal comes off of C14B, but doesn't leave R29b to the output. I replaced it with a tested one, and still no luck. Phaser A's equivalent R29A works just fine and that side of the phaser functions as normal. Because of the complexity of the circuit, i'm not entirely sure what my next step should be for troubleshooting, as the phaser seems to work just fine up to that point, lol.
