Ocelot Lousy Math

I'm no engineer, but play one on TV... I built the Ocelot. Functioning, but... SUPER low output on the effected signal. It all works but down like 24dB. I doubled checked all values of resistors and caps, and all looks groovy. Next step is to learn how to use a DMM to measure stuff on the board (never done anything like that, I'm fairly facile with this stuff but don't have the electronics background I'd like to have). If any of you nice folks have some suggestions, other than a new hobby like macrame, I'd be most receptive! Thanks all.

Provide a good clear Picture of the PCB showing the resistors & capacitors.

Sounds to me like your in and out jacks are backwards…

I wish it were that easy. Always the first thing I check.

The only thing that was a little funky was C10 as the WIMA film cap is a bit too wide. Good solder joint tho...

I would be checking for cold Solder joints:

While taking pics saw that TL072s were from different batches. I replaced them all. SAME.

Fixed. What a dork. Blob of solder. Microscopic. Was hard for this old fart to see...
