Pandoras Box components holes too small

Have you ever had this "trouble" with one of your PCB ? I've received a batch (7) of Pandoras box and almost all the resistor and capacitor holes are too small to pass the component wire thru. I can obviously use a tool to make a way for the wire but I wonder what's the best solution.

What type and wattage resistors are you using?

1/4w metal film and small Capacitor box, the same for all my pedals. It's only this precise batch of Pandora's that has this issue. I loosen the holes and I think I can use them as is.

It's the first time I saw this with over ~4-500 PedalPCB pcb, that's why I asked.
