PastFx Revolution (G2-ish) Clone

This is one that I let slip away. Every G2 clone I’ve played sounds like a G2 when the sustain is maxed but otherwise have NO range. The Revolution is usable throughout the whole gain range and can sound like a light tube driver, Rat, muff and of course G2. The Revolution has a “contour” control added which is very useful as well as a “boost” and normal mode. Unfortunately the version I had the boost/normal switch was internal and never had the need to change it so I don’t know what it was. One of the first things I usually do as well when getting a new pedal is to look inside and take pics but I didn’t hear for some reason. It’s by far the most flexible G2 take I’ve played.

PastFX modulation pedals are great too (and probably deserve their own Wish List topics).
Agreed. I had the latest mistress clone as well but had to let it go end settle with the mooer elady which I bought soon after selling my big box deluxe. They just sound damn close. Use their Patriarch a my main muff fuzz. The TD-Y is very similar to the cattle driver. V2 has the added mode when engaged the mid circuit and additions clipping options are available. Engaging the the mids mode makes the pedal significantly louder. Atleast mine. Maybe an an active mids control? The Revolution isn’t the quietest of pedals either but flexible.
