SOLVED Pendulum ain't Swingin

So, built this earlier, not getting any signal when engaged. The LFO works, and responds to adjustment of the pots. I get audio up to the junction of IC1 pin 7 and R3 pin 2, then nothin. I do get audio at the junction of R2 and R3 I've attached pics and voltages. I've looked, but I can't see and shorts or misplaced spokes to ground.

I have already swapped chips and R3

Solved- R101 had a hairline fracture that I'd missed. Swapped it, and all is good
