Hello. I recently finished the photon vibe. I have a suspicion that my voltage regulator burned out. IN the early power part of the circuit I get no more than 15 volts instead of the 18 it is supposed to be. I cleaned my board with isopropyl and double checked for shorts but couldn't find anything. I have read on tis forum the the 1044 can cause whine, but the one I got is the scpa one which shouldn't mess with audio. Any thoughts as to what might be happening?
