Power Supply Filter Board

I'd love a small board along the lines of the buffer add on boards that provide polarity protection and some basic filtering for adding those features to builds and older pedals that may lack those features. Having it mount on a standard three lug DC connector could be helpful for installation purposes with suitable terminals for battery wiring as may be desired.

I've uploaded a simple board to OSH Park. It has polarity protection, power filtering, and LED pads with a CLR and pad for switching. It can be easily mounted to an enclosure wall with double-sided tape.
